Carina is one of the founders and Senior Partners at Ability. With extensive experience in executive search and recruitment, she has built a broad and well-established network within Swedish and Nordic business communities.
She leads complex recruitment assignments at executive and specialist level and is known for her ability to match the right person with the right organisation — not only based on competence, but also on personality and cultural fit.
With more than 15 years of experience in search and headhunting, Christofer has established himself as a leading specialist within executive search. His strong commercial profile and natural ability to understand people enable him to quickly identify and assess candidates’ potential and business value.
As a business leader within the recruitment industry, he has developed successful talent attraction methods and contributed to numerous growth journeys where both clients and employees have flourished and evolved. Christofer runs Dickens Consulting AB with a focus on executive search and strategic partnership within talent acquisition and organisational development.

Ola is a Project Coordinator at Ability and is responsible for ensuring that recruitment and search processes run smoothly from start to finish. He serves as the central point of contact for candidates and clients throughout ongoing assignments, ensuring that all parties remain well informed and satisfied throughout the process.
With his structured and service-oriented approach, Ola contributes to every assignment being delivered with high quality and at the right pace.
Britt-Inger is part of Ability’s work within finance, IT and business development, where structure, business understanding and technical expertise are central components. With her experience as a CFO and IT Consultant, she contributes to stable processes, smart solutions and a long-term perspective that strengthens both the organisation and customer value.
